Hunter and Katie met in May of 2009 through a mutual friend, so they’ve been at this for a while. July 4th of that year Hunter told Katie he loved her so of course that meant they needed to settle down and start a family….at least the the four-legged variety.  By that fall they adopted their first dog, a lovable pitbull-lab mix with wandering curiosity named Noah. Then in 2011 they got their second dog,  a long-haired chihuahua named Kenya who minds perfectly, at least during photo shoots. On May 6, 2013 Hunter picked a nice familiar spot and proposed to Katie in St. Simons Island, Ga, the beach she went to with her family as a child. Their wedding is fast approaching in June 2014 and they both say after four years they love each other more than they thought possible. I think that is highly likely.
