In today's modern album design, imprinting has fallen by the wayside as more and more people prefer to incorporate names, dates and other personalization into their actual page designs. It allows for a wider range of styles and the ability to match personalization to the theme or feel of the individual wedding and design.
In following this trend, all of the cover upgrades such as Armour and Ice cannot be imprinted. Also, none of the fabric covers can accept imprinting and many of the textured leathers are unable to accept imprinting as well.
Some materials, especially the less textured leathers can be imprinted. When choosing a cover, make sure that you are selecting an appropriate cover if you wish to have imprinting. Whether or not a cover can accept stamping is generally explained in the lower right section of each cover collection sample page.
All cover imprinting is limited to 30 characters per line but this can be reduced depending on album size and the size of letters in the text.
